Boys anyone?

So disregard the previous blog about my "knowing this was a girl. I can feel it." I was way off. I will soon be the lone female in a sea of Lewin men. It's a good thing we have built a huge loft room for the boys in the new house. The 'girls room' will have to wait a few more years.

Alternative title: "Got Boys?"

:)

You'll be fine. And remember, if I have another girl, we can make a swap!

Well, he'll have buddies I suppose. There's always another chance. :)

Congratulations! (And I've missed your blogging.) :) You and Tiffany need to start a club...you can call it the Queen Mother club. That's what appeals to me about having all boys: One day all the boys will go off with Steve to do manly things and you will have peace and quiet at home as the Queen of the house. Doesn't that sound good?!

Or you can turn the girls room into a...weight room for all your boys?

We're excited about nephew number seven! Moriah will be the reverse Ethan of the Pribyl family.

Hi, Nicky,

Congratulations! You know, we thought our little Ethan would be a girl, too, and it was quite a shock when we found out we were going for another little man- our third boy in three years! And, to be honest, there was a little disappointment, especially when I was watching some of my friends have girls. But, oh my goodness, I just love my boys. I couldn't imagine life without any one of them. They're all so different and so special to me, and I cannot even believe that I ever felt any sort of disappointment over Ethan being a boy. Yeah, I still long for a little girl... but if it doesn't come naturally, there's always other options, like adoption, and for now I'm spending my time just enjoying my boys for who they are. Oh, and one of the big perks of having three of the same gender: you can dress them to match, which is soooo fun. We also have a big room, perfect for boys. Right now it's a space theme complete with painted glow in the dark stars covering the entire room, but I'm thinking about changing it to a castle theme when they get a little older... it's going to be so much fun :o). Anways, sorry for the rambling and I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly!

Congratulations, Nicky! You'll have to compare notes with my mom. You're halfway to a half dozen! Maybe if you shoot for eight kids you'll get a couple of girls like she did! What ever happened to the Kvale curse?

Yeah for boys. I must admit with everyone going for a third boy in a row, I am a little scared to have another child for fear I will be part of the trend. I guess I am like any mom, wanting to have a little girl to do girly things with. Boys are lots of fun though, and actually I think I would much rather play with trains and blocks, than dolls and tea cups. Looking forward to seeing you and your boys soon.
